We’re teaming up with Ribble Valley Padel Hub for a beautiful morning that blends energising Padel coaching with restorative Pilates — the perfect balance of cardio, strength, and fun.

Whether you’re joining solo or bringing a friend, you’ll be welcomed into our supportive community from the moment you arrive. We’ve intentionally kept the group small to ensure everyone receives plenty of guidance, encouragement and space to enjoy the morning.

What to Expect

  • 80 minutes of expert Padel coaching with Mark
    Perfect for complete beginners — he’ll take you through the basics, guide you into practice, and finish with some friendly, confidence-building games.

  • 45-minute Pilates class with Ainsley
    Strengthen your core, enhance mobility and unwind with a full-body stretch to balance your workout.

  • All equipment provided — mats, padels and balls included

  • Three Breaths gift bag to take home

  • Coffee and refreshments on arrival
